We process account information (such as your email address), audio recordings, text transcriptions, and quote content you create in the app. This data is used solely to provide voice-to-quote functionality and related features (for example, generating and sharing PDF quotes).

We do not collect location data for advertising purposes and we do not sell your personal information to third-party advertising networks.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Authenticate your account and operate the service
• Transcribe audio and extract structured quote information
• Generate, store, and deliver quotes and PDFs you request
• Respond to support requests and improve reliability during beta

3. Service providers

We use trusted infrastructure and AI providers (for example, hosting, database, speech, and language models) to run Padstone. They process data on our instructions and only as needed to deliver the service.

4. Data retention and security

We apply industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit. Audio and related processing data are retained only as long as needed for transcription, quote generation, and legitimate operational purposes unless you ask us to delete it sooner where applicable law allows.
