These terms govern your use of Padstone, operated by Padstone AI Ltd (“Padstone”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the service during closed testing, you agree to these terms.

1. Closed beta access

Padstone is currently offered on an invite-only, closed beta basis for evaluation purposes. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features at any time without notice. The service is provided “as is” during this phase, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

2. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure
• Use Padstone only for lawful business purposes
• Review all generated quotes and PDFs before sending them to clients
• Not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse engineer the app

3. Quotes and professional judgment

Padstone assists with drafting quotes from voice input. You remain solely responsible for pricing, scope, compliance, and any commercial decisions. Automated output may contain errors; always verify figures, specifications, and terms before reliance.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Padstone AI Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for commercial valuation discrepancies, scheduling changes, or project inaccuracies arising from automated transcription or quote generation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

We retain rights in the Padstone software and branding. You retain rights in your business content; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the service.
